About the Author

With his consulting experience and focuses on advising companies as they enter the market in the convergence area of "interactive broadband media", he has been in charge of several surveys on this issue and is the author of several management books as well as various publications in management magazines.
Gerhard Thomas can look back on several years of project and consultancy work in the areas of telecommunications, and public and private service provision. He has worked for Accenture since 1995. In his function as a partner, he deals with strategic issues in the world of telecommunications and the media and advises companies on establishing and expanding their business activities. He is responsible for projects in the areas of optimising customer operations and enterprise management solutions.
